Eligibility

  • Accounts are personal and may not be created or used on behalf of another person without permission.

Set Roles

There is one Creator on the platform — GoodBoyDarko. All other users are Fans (Subscribers).

  • Fans (Subscribers) – pay to access the Creator’s content.

  • All users must comply with these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions / Pay-to-view allow Fans to access content from the Creator for a listed fee.

  • Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • All payments are processed by our approved billing partners in USD Dollars.

  • The platform takes a 20% service fee from each payment.

  • Your payment card information may be securely stored via our payment portal; full card details are never visible to us.

  • Refunds are not provided unless required by law or in cases of duplicate/unauthorized charges.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.

  • All sales are final.

Creator Content

  • All content on the platform is exclusively created and owned by GoodBoyDarko.

  • Fans may not upload or redistribute any content from the Creator.

  • Fans agree NOT to:

    • Copy, download, screen-record, or redistribute Creator content outside the platform.

    • Harass, exploit, or abuse the Creator or other users.

    • Use the site for illegal purposes.

  • Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Adult Content Disclaimer

  • Some content includes adult material. By using GoodBoyDarko, you acknowledge and consent to viewing adult content.

  • You confirm you are of legal age and agree not to expose minors or unauthorized persons to this material.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

  • Users may request account deletion at any time.

  • Termination does not guarantee refunds.

Account Security

  • Users are responsible for keeping login information secure.

  • Sharing accounts or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

  • Users are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

Changes to Terms
